Bookings
We require a valid credit card to be held on file for all new clients.

Credit cards will not be charged UNLESS there is a no show / late cancellation fee, in which case the credit card will be charged after 15 minutes into the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation / No Show
We ask that for any changes / cancellations 48 hrs notice is provided. This gives us enough time to reach out to rebook your appointment slot.

Any cancellations / changes with less than 48 hr business days notice will be charged 100% of the booking.
​
No shows are subject to 100% of booking charge and must be paid before the next booked appointment.

* Please note that ICBC and Health Insurance Companies cannot be charged for no show or late cancellation fees *
