I was born and raised in small town BC and have made Kamloops my home for the past 13 years. 

In my spare time you’ll often find me exploring all of outdoor beauty that surrounds the area.

I’ve been a financial planner/investment advisor for over half of my life. I’ve met some fantastic people along the way and genuinely like working with and learning about people and what drives them or fuels their soul. I was introduced to reiki after years of chasing chronic pain and it changed my life. I knew at once that I wanted to understand the practice on a deeper level and in doing so realized I’d found my calling.

I am a healer.

My goal is to guide the energy of your body and soul into a place of ease and grace. We store all kinds of trauma in our bodies and conciously or subconsiously tell ourselves stories that keep us feeling stuck or in pain. I want you to know a different kind of existence and aim to help you break through any barriers or blocks that limit the expression of your authentic being.
