Yes. We are a registered massage therapy clinic in Kamloops with licensed RMTs providing clinically focused treatments.
How long are your massage therapy sessions?
Session lengths vary and are clearly listed in our online booking system.
Do you do full-body or focused treatments?
Both. Sessions are customized and may be full-body or focused on specific problem areas.
Do you provide home care or exercises?
Yes. When appropriate, therapists provide stretches, exercises, or self-care recommendations.
Do you treat minors?
Yes, with parental or guardian consent as required.
Do I need to create an account to book?
Yes. JaneApp requires a client profile so we can securely manage bookings, intake forms, and receipts.
Do you require a credit card to book?
Yes. A valid credit card is required on file to secure all appointments.
Do you accept walk-in appointments?
We operate primarily by appointment only. Same-day availability may appear online if openings exist.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available for clients.
Can I reschedule my appointment online?
Yes. Appointments can be managed directly through your JaneApp account within the cancellation window.

You will receive a receipt via email to submit manually to your provider.

Do you accept insurance for massage therapy?
Yes. Registered massage therapy services are eligible for most extended health plans.
Are your treatment rooms private?
Yes. All massage therapy sessions take place in private treatment rooms.
Is your clinic suitable for first-time massage clients?
Yes. We welcome first-time clients and explain the process thoroughly at your session on what we will be doing and what to expect.
What should I wear to my massage?
Wear what makes you feel comforable! We can work through activewear if you prefer to stay clothes but can also work directly on the skin as you will be fully draped so you feel secure and comfortable as well.
